Title: Financial Analyst (Renewable Energy) Duration: 12+ months contract (possible extension) Location: Remote role (Sunnyvale, CA) Qualifications * Strong experience arranging, negotiating, and closing renewable energy equity investments and financing transactions. * Experience building and reviewing financial models, and performing due diligence, valuation, and reporting. * Knowledge of financial accounting * Working relationships with renewable energy financiers and developers across diverse geographies in Asia, including India. * Deep understanding of global renewable energy markets and policies. * Strong project management and time management skills. * Excellent spoken and written communication skills. * Creative thinking. Scope of Work * Source renewable energy investment opportunities in Asia. * Lead discussions with project developers to shortlist the project pipeline. * Develop and analyze financial models and lead commercial diligence on shortlisted deals. * Negotiate and close transactions.
